  • The score provided is the result of a computer algorithm and is intended for entertainment purposes only.
  • The results should not be taken as a definitive or objective judgment of your appearance.

3. User Data and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our data handling practices are as follows:

  • Photographs: We do not store your photographs. Your photo is uploaded, processed by our AI model, and then immediately and permanently deleted from our systems. It is never saved on our servers.
  • Personal Information: We store only the following pieces of information you provide: your first name, gender, age range, country, and the beauty score you receive. This data is used for statistical purposes, such as generating anonymous global rankings.
  • Profession: You may be asked for your profession. This information is optional and used for statistical analysis only.

4. Payments and Refunds

To receive your score, you must make a one-time payment. Please note the following:

  • Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card information. Your payment is subject to Stripe's terms and conditions.
  • No Refunds: All payments for the Service are final and non-refundable. Once the analysis is performed and a score is generated, you have received the full service for which you paid.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Digital Global Solutions LLP makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service or the accuracy of the results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Global Solutions LLP, its officers, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to emotional distress, resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
